Script page images are processed by Alibaba Model Studio in its EU deployment. On plans with generated voices, line text is sent to Google Cloud's Gemini text-to-speech to voice it. Browser speech recognition and synthesis may be processed by your browser or operating-system vendor.

Administrators can inspect uploaded pages and extracted content for support and operations. Microphone audio and recognized transcripts are not stored by Cuello.

Cuello creates no backups. Deleting a script or account permanently removes its active data, and loss of the server can permanently destroy all data.
