From a PDF to a rehearsal in three stops

  1. Upload your script

    Drop in the PDF or Word file you were handed. Cuello finds the scenes, characters, dialogue, and stage directions.

  2. Check it against the page

    Each original page sits beside the extracted text, so you can fix a line before anyone learns it wrong. Nobody else sees the script until you publish.

  3. Rehearse your part

    Pick a character and scenes. Cuello reads everyone else aloud, hides your lines, and listens as you say them.

Cuello casts a voice for each character from their age and gender, and notes how each line should be delivered. Press play to hear the cast it picked for The Seagull. If a choice is wrong for your production, change the voice or the note in the editor.

If a voice isn't ready in time, your browser's own voice reads the line so the scene keeps moving.

How closely you have to match the script

When it's your turn, Cuello compares what you said with the script, word by word. A line passes when at least 80% of the words match in order. Drop a word and you'll pass; paraphrase and you'll be asked to try again.

One link for the whole cast

Questions

Does everyone in the cast need a plan?

No. Each person needs a Cuello account to open a shared script, but only the person who uploads and publishes needs a plan.

Which files can I upload?

PDF and Word (.docx) scripts in English or Turkish, up to 100 MB and 200 pages each. Scanned PDFs work too; a file with selectable text gives the most exact wording.

Which browsers can listen to me?

Chrome and Safari, on a computer or a phone. In other browsers you can still rehearse by revealing each line yourself.

Is my voice recorded?

No. Your browser turns speech into text, and Cuello stores neither the audio nor the text it heard.

Who can see my script?

Only you, until you share a link. People who join see the published version, never your draft. To do its work, Cuello sends page images to Alibaba Model Studio in the EU to read the script, and, on plans with generated voices, line text to Google Cloud's Gemini text-to-speech to voice it.

Can I cancel?

Yes, from Settings at any time. You keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for.

Do you keep backups?

No, by design. Keep your original file somewhere safe; Cuello removes it once the pages are processed.
